🌟 When it comes to humans, you’re more powerful than you think.
When it comes to wild foods, honey is so powerful it can help strengthen your immune system, act as a probiotic, heal a wound, ease respiratory conditions, calm the nerves, and promote restorative sleep!
Before we studied Anthony William’s work, we had no idea this fabulous food has antibiotic, antifungal, antiviral, antiseptic, anti-aging, and anticancer properties. 🤩 If you consume this food before meditating, it strengthens your mind and increases feelings of happiness throughout your body.
I used to eat a fake version of it, and Tamika used to avoid it—because you don’t know until you know
🍯 Unprocessed honey in its raw, living form is a miraculous healer from the Creator and from the earth.
People think it’s pure sugar, but the sugar in honey is nothing like table sugar or high fructose corn syrup. The fructose and glucose in honey are saturated with more than 200,000 undiscovered compounds and agents that have anti-cancerous phytochemicals and can even protect you from radiation damage.
This liquid gold can literally help turn your life around.
🐝 Anthony teaches that it’s all because of the bees, who collect from plant species far and wide.
Sourcing and Eating Honey:
- Wildflower variety is recommended. 🌼
- Getting your honey from a trusted apiary ensures it isn’t mixed with something nasty like corn syrup or rice syrup (a form of food fraud to watch out for). ⚠️
- Make sure the bees aren’t living next to canola fields.
- Before adding honey to a hot beverage, let it cool slightly, so it maintains its healing properties. Otherwise it turns into straight sugar.
- Add honey to your lemon water to get an additional immune boost.
- Buying honey in bulk is economical. We store ours in the freezer to prevent crystalization.
- If your honey does crystalize, you can bring it back to a liquid state by putting the container in warm water.
- Adding honey to your lemon water enhances the honey’s bioflavonoids (think antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent). 🍋
- Eat a spoonful of raw honey when you feel cold or flu symptoms coming on, or to soothe a sore throat or laryngitis.
- Honey can enhance sleep and help rebuild your body during the night.
- Try honey on a scar to speed up healing. Honey is a great first aid cream and can heal small wounds, and revitalize the skin.
- Morning sickness? Honey can help relieve it!
This is why we love everything bees and honey.
Bees are pure gold. And so are you. 💛
