As a young child, Mahatma Gandhi’s nurse taught him a very specific practice we can all use today.
For many of us, the times we are in can feel highly divisive and confusing. This can lead to conflict with others, including people we care about.
Like Gandhi himself, many of us are feeling called to choose compassionate, clear, and peaceful communication and action. However, this isn’t always easy to do.
In stressful times, we need simple tools and practices to lean on.
