×I first came to yoga as a way to try and manage back pain resulting from repeated injury.
I had tried other therapies but nothing was working out.
That first class changed my life forever, yoga helped my injury and my life in so many ways since I started.
Now I do yoga for the sheer joy of doing yoga.
I am a trained YTT200 instructor in the wonderful DevaTree Cross disciplinary tradition.
What I really love about yoga is that there is something for everyone at every stage of their life and there is always more to explore
