I have always been amazed by the Mind-Body connection. My journey began almost 20 years ago when I mastered the 3 Levels of Therapeutic Touch. Several years later I witnessed the wellness benefits of yoga -both mentally and physically.
Working as a Registered Nurse, yoga has allowed me to decrease my stress, improve my flexibility and aid in my overall wellness. This inspired me to continue my education in the field of yoga.
My vision is for yoga to be accessible for everyone – no matter your athletic ability, previous injuries or experience. Drawing on my nursing knowledge I can assist you in finding modifications for poses that work for you.
Restorative yoga is a passion of mine, allowing the body to rejuvenate through postures and breathing techniques.
I work with individuals as part of their healing journey in small groups &/or in private sessions. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned in the practice of yoga I look forward to assisting you in your own journey on the mat.
