My Journey towards healing myself and helping others to heal has taken me from the path of Western Medicine, in which I have trained, and led me to a more holisitc approach that incorporates the mind, body and spirit. I am thrilled to have completed this training and look forward to incorporating it into my work. It is the original Mind-Body Medicine! I plan to offer individual and group Mindful Movement and Breath practice for managing stress and alleviating mental health concerns.
