Krystin’s introduction to yoga began in 2008 while living on Vancouver Island. Initially it was an activity to spend time with friends and stay active.
Growing up as a dancer, yoga became another way Krystin enjoyed connecting with her centre through movement. Being an avid meditator, yoga became a perfect compliment to grounding herself throughout life’s ever changing seasons. Krystin offers a combination of flows, relaxation, and meditation in her classes- inviting students reconnect with their purpose and caring for their mind, body and soul.
