The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.
Katherine has been practicing yoga since 2005 while she was attending Western University. Initally, she began practicing for a physical challenge that would complement her dance training and to ease her mind from the stress of school, but she ultimately discovered the power of breath aweareness. Completing her Bachelor of Social Work and her placement on a clinical mental health team, Katherine understands the stress of everyday life. She believes that incorporating a daily practice of yoga and meditation has the power to support our ability to cope with our environments, transforming our thoughts and interactions with others.
In Katherine’s classes, you will experience the freedom to explore your own personal practice, incorporating creativity and finding a balance between effort and ease.
