Hi there! I've got a great little family run studio in Woodstock, Ontario called Radiant Health Yoga. My husband and I opened in September 2009, along with our daughter, who is also a certified yoga teacher. We grew to have over 20 classes each week here. A mix of hot yoga, Hatha yoga, Prenatal and more. Plus lots of interesting workshops.

We now have 6 teachers in total and we all love to share the benefits of yoga, health, and mindfulness to all who cross our threshold.
