Kait started her yoga practice in 2013 with the intention to increase her physical strength. She quickly realized how much more yoga had to offer and wanted to share her experiences with others. Kait is the Director of Human Resources for Voices.com and believes in creating personal time to allow for a balanced and healthy life. You can find Kait creating her balance through long distance running, travelling the globe, and always making time to show up on her mat. Kait's favourite yoga to practice is Power Vinyasa because it's a reflection of her active lifestyle and her ability to slow it all down. Kait completed her 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training through the DevaTree School of Yoga in 2017.
