My yoga journey began years ago when I was looking for an alternate form of exercise. I was hooked after my first class! Being fairly athletic for most of my life, I loved the way yoga challenged me physically with each posture I learned.
Ever since, my yoga journey lead me to take my 200-hr level training. There are no words to describe how amazing an experience it was! My yoga practice has now evolved from more than just a physical practice on my mat to something that I incorporate through my day to day activities to de-stress, keep me focused on what’s important, and stay grounded.
As a certified health coach and certified yoga teacher, it’s a great pleasure for me to be able to support people to find balance in their life through proper nutrition as well as all of the healing benefits that come from an invigorating yoga practice!
I encourage you to put everything else aside and treat yourself to some “me” time on your mat focusing on you and how perfect you are!
