My yoga practice began in 2005 when my swim coach introduced yoga as a part of our dryland training. We had a class once every week after practice and I always found that I felt really good after coming home from yoga.
After that I was hooked.
I started taking classes in the community and enjoyed trying different styles of yoga. I found that yoga brought a certain peace and balance to my life.
In 2012, I completed Devatree’s 200hr cross-disciplinary yoga teacher training program.
Outside of yoga, I enjoy training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
