Bailey’s introduction to yoga and journey began in 2005. Initially attending classes as a means to connect with her new community, her practice quickly evolved from the physical aspects of yoga, and transitioned to realize the mental and spiritual benefits.
Through multiple moves (communities and careers), Bailey’s practice supported each transition, presenting opportunities to practice in many wonderful studios between London, Toronto, and Stouffville, in addition participating and volunteering with the Power Of Movement fundraiser benefiting the Arthritis Reasearch Foundation.
Often contemplating the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the practice for personal development, it wasn’t until she set roots down in her hometown of Tiverton, that she found the time, support, and encouragement to enrol in her first 200 hour YTT with DevaTree School of Yoga. The training was life-changing - bringing a sense of awakening - and with the support of her teachers and Kula, Bailey had discovered her passion for teaching.
Providing a safe and supportive space, Bailey offers classes designed with purpose - helping students find a deep connection between body, mind, and breath. Cultivating clarity, calmness, and confidence, Bailey currently offers uplifting private individual and small group classes, with a gentle guided awareness.
