Chair Yoga: Not Just for Seniors

For the first time ever, according to Stats Canada, there are now more people age 65 and over than there are under age 15. It’s no wonder chair yoga has become one of the fastest growing yoga practices.

You might also be surprised how many younger (athletic) people get interested in chair yoga when they can’t do postures in traditional ways.
