It is said that what we do on the first day of the New Year sets the tone for the rest of the year.
So we invite you to join us in a deeply nourishing day of self-reflection, connection, and personal intention-setting.
Being in tune with our inner landscape and sacred purpose are critical, yet many of us are so busy it can be hard to to make time for ourselves. If we do make time, we can be easily distracted or not know where to begin.
Through reflective practices aimed at clearing out the old and making space for the new, we’ll explore ways to create more peace and purpose in the year ahead. Whatever this new year brings, let’s walk into it lighter and brighter—let’s walk into it together!
