Kelsey Corbett is honoured to be here to share her Yoga Journey with you. After struggling to cope with her unique mental health for most of her childhood and adolescence, Kelsey was introduced to Yoga through Mindfulness, Relaxation and Meditation- three things that did not come easy!
This led to a process of self acceptance and compassion for body, mind and heart and an exploration of the self through Yoga, on and off the mat.
Yoga is an opportunity to get to know yourself a little more, however you have shown up. Through that practice of self awareness, beginning to open one's body, mind and heart to Self Compassion, Self Kindness and even Self Love.
It is a practice, it is a process and it is an adventure.
Simply try your best to honour who you are, exactly as you are, to send yourself a bit of that love, kindness and compassion and to have some fun along the way! That is what Yoga is all about, that is what Life is all about!
