Angie Milner - Yoga & Wellness

Offering a wide variety of Yoga classes including Gentle, Restorative, and Intermediate "Hatha" flow.  Classes are offered in my outdoor "sundeck" studio during summer months,  and indoor off season.  Since acquiring my 200 hr. certification in June 2015, my business has been "mobile" offering classes in Kincardine, and Point Clark at local Community Centres. In June 2017,  I received my 500 hours of Professional Level certification through DevaTree, and am registered through the International Yoga Alliance.  In addition to my 500 hour YTT,  I received my SUP Yoga certification hosted by Muskoka Yoga Studio, through SUP Yoga Vancouver in July 2015.  I am First Aid/CPR. certified, as well as insured as a mobile Yoga instructor.  In addition to Yoga, I am Level 2 Tera Mai Reiki certified, and DoTerra "Aromatouch" certified.   During the summer months in the past 2 years, in addition to Yoga on land, I have offered Stand up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga when conditions have been favourable. I have coordinated a successful full day Yoga Retreat in Lurgan Beach in conjunction with a fellow Yoga teacher in my community.  My past career was in Long Term Care and Retirement settings where my positions over the years varied from Recreation Assistant to Activity Director, to my most recent as Volunteer Coordinator at McCormick Home in London, Ontario. My recent 50 hour "Yoga for Longevity" certification will compliment my previous experience with the Aging population, and I plan on utilizing these skills in the services which I provide.

I will be relocating to Kitchener/Waterloo late summer 2017 where I plan to continue teaching Yoga.
